Every week, I go looking for the best open roles in events and experiences, so you don’t have to dig through job boards that think “experiential” means a pop-up with a photo wall.

Brand experience. Live events. Activations. Themed entertainment. Production. Venues. The people who make things people feel IRL.

What you get

A free roundup in your inbox every [Monday]. It’s the full list, not the highlights. LinkedIn gets the shortlist, and this is where everything lands, [a few days earlier].

Who it’s for

Anyone in this business who is looking, about to be looking, or knows someone who is: coordinators trying to get their first real title, and senior leaders who’d quietly take the right call.

How roles get picked

By me. If a role is here, it’s because I’d send it to a friend. If an employer ever pays to feature a role, it will be clearly marked as sponsored, and it still has to clear the same bar.

Who’s picking

I’m Rob. I started as a theme park performer, became a theatrical stage manager, moved into live events, and ended up in brand strategy. I’ve spent my career on every side of the show, and I know which jobs are what they say they are.

I also write about the industry at Run of Show.
