Welcome to the first edition of Experience Wanted, the new home for my semi-regular hunt through the stranger corners of the internet for interesting jobs in events and experiences.
If you’ve followed me for a while, you may recognize the list. I used to publish these roundups as standalone articles, but after a six-month hiatus - and a surprising number of people asking me to bring them back - I figured it was time for a little upgrade.
Experience Wanted is now a newsletter. Subscribe and LinkedIn will let you know whenever a new list drops, which means you don’t have to rely on the algorithm deciding whether you’re allowed to see it. 🤣
And if seeing “this job is no longer accepting applications” sends you into a tiny rage, follow my LinkedIn profile. I’ll post particularly interesting roles as I find them, so you don’t necessarily have to wait for the next roundup.
This first edition has 50+ open roles spanning fashion, entertainment, culture, sports, finance, and a whole lot of tech. You could be designing live experiences for Mattel… producing keynote content at Autodesk… or taking the top job at a historic San Francisco theater.
There’s Louis Vuitton. PlayStation. Monster Energy. The Broad. Google. OpenAI. Waymo. And apparently NVIDIA has decided events are having a moment, because they have four roles on this list alone.
There are jobs for producers, strategists, designers, marketers, operators, and people who can explain what “crypto events” are to their parents.

Heads up! For most (if not all) of these roles, I have no affiliation with the company or hiring manager. I simply compile these public postings from my network as a resource for those looking for new opportunities... and it’s a great way for me (and you!) to connect with others who work in the events and experiences industry as well. Also know that I typically only post brand-side roles vs. agencies looking to recruit.
If you spot a posting for a great role in events and experiences, feel free to send it to me for potential inclusion. And best of luck on your search!
Please subscribe, comment, tag, or share this list with your network so others can benefit. Thank you!
